RETURN CONDITIONS
REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION
All services and virtual items are provided electronically on an "as is" basis. All trades and transactions conducted with us are final and not subject to return, refund, or cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued if your account is frozen or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use or any other policies. Any fees and transaction commissions paid by users are non-refundable and non-returnable. Consequently, users are not entitled to claim any compensation from us.
We begin processing your purchase once your payment is approved. Typically, it takes seconds to confirm your payment; however, this may take longer depending on your payment method. Any delay in payment processing by a payment service provider does not constitute non-delivery and does not entitle you to a refund.
If you purchase an in-game item that is subject to a hold period, you will receive a virtual copy of the item, which can be used for trading during the hold period. The actual item will only be transferred to your inventory after the hold period expires. This situation is not considered non-delivery.
RETURN POLICY
You may request a return of a virtual item within 14 days from the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
- The item has not been traded or sold.
- The item is still eligible for transfer to your Steam account.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
ITEM TRANSFER PROCEDURE
After successfully purchasing a CS
skin from our store, the item transfer will be completed via a secure Steam trade. The following outlines the procedure to ensure a smooth transfer:
- Confirmation of Purchase
Once your payment is confirmed, our system will begin processing your order. Please ensure that the Steam account you intend to use is active and has trading enabled.
- Receiving the Trade Link
After processing your order, we will generate and send a unique Steam trade link to the email address or account associated with your purchase. This trade link will direct you to the Steam platform, where the items you purchased will be available for transfer.
- Using the Trade Link
After receiving the trade link, click on it to open the Steam trade offer. You will be prompted to log into your Steam account if you are not already logged in. Review the trade to ensure the correct items are being transferred. After confirming, accept the trade offer on Steam. Please make sure to accept the trade offer within 24 hours, as the trade link may expire if not used within that timeframe.
- Important Notes
Ensure that your Steam account is in good standing and eligible to participate in trades (i.e., no trade restrictions or VAC bans). If you do not receive the trade link within 2 hours after completing your purchase, please check your email's spam folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance. Be cautious of any third-party or phishing attempts; the only valid trade link will be provided directly through our official communication channels.
By completing a purchase, you agree to use the provided trade link to claim your items and accept responsibility for ensuring your Steam account can receive the trade. Please accept the trade within the provided timeframe to avoid the offer expiring and requiring further assistance from support.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
We strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Most item transfers are completed within a few minutes of payment confirmation; however, in some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to factors such as system maintenance, high order volumes, or Steam network issues. If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you promptly via email or through your account dashboard.
Please note that while we aim to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside our control, such as Steam outages or account restrictions. We recommend that you check your Steam trade offers and ensure your account is fully prepared to receive trades. If you experience any significant delays beyond 24 hours, please contact our support team for further assistance.
